Description
Lievito madre rinfrescato per tre giorni, burro, tuorli e una lievitazione lenta di trentasei ore: il panettone classico, con uvetta e scorze d'arancia candite di Sorrento.
Si ordina solo per Natale: lo sforniamo dal 15 novembre e lo spediamo fino alla vigilia.
