Ferrandina, Basilicata
Extra virgin olive oil from Majatica olives, cold-pressed.
On the hills between the Basento and the Salandrella the mill works mostly Majatica, the Ferrandina variety, picked by hand and pressed within hours.
The result is a green, fruity oil with a hint of almond and a gentle bite: use it raw on pulses, vegetables and bread.
